• Responsible to increase and update supplier and subcontractor locally and internationally database by doing following:• Searching supplier by visiting trade Center and shall remain in touch with operations coordinator regarding the early excess and official buildup days and timings.• Search supplier and subcontractors on internet. After contacting them, visit their facilities to check their quality and service.• Search and contact international supplier and subcontractors on internet. • Responsible to issue LPO, supply, material replacement and supplier performance. • To source the most affordable materials for the company’s manufacturing process by negotiating with supplier.• Responsible to monitor delivery times to ensure they are on time by a good follow up via email, phone, text, visiting suppliers.• Responsible to resolve disputes and claims with vendors.• Responsible to ensure all invoices are processed timely and paid to the suppliers. • Responsible to manage products defects claims with suppliers.

• Responsible for collecting up-to-date information on the orders and ensuring timely processing of orders• Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time • Keep accurate records of monthly sales figures • Frequently communicating with distributors, company representatives and key clients to resolve any queries as to business practices• To assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.• To prepare and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.• Preparing Quotations, Invoices & other sales documents.• Attend to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.• Maintaining office files and database.• Ordering and ensuring delivery of good to customers
