My responsibilities are project management competences of scope, time, cost, quality, risk, resource planning and communications, coordination with clients and subcontractors, lead multi-disciplined teams for project execution, preparation of project schedule and proposal for new projects and get it approved, project engineering/design and implementation by using different softwares, subcontractors work allocation, handling bidding process completely, preparation of BOQ & estimation for standalone projects. I use to handle project scheduling, planning, tendering, quantity extraction, scheduling of material procurement, labor management, subcontractor finalization and negotiation, preparing BOQ, scheduling and tracking project progress with planned schedule for ongoing projects by MS-Project & BIM and suggesting solutions, coordination with subcontractors, finalizing the different agencies like plumbing, HVAC, Fire protection, electrical, civil etc. as per project requirement, time estimation, site design, execution, finishing related works with my team, design (2D,3D,4D,5D,7D,8D) with using software like AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, SketchUP and MS project, certifying measurements, preparing RA bills, Escalation, Rate analysis, BBS etc. Projects I worked on at VSA:1. Part time worked at Cad Center. My role was to handle co-operate batches, train faculties and train college students on AutoCAD 2D & 3D, Revit Architecture (BIM), MS Project, Project Planning Management, Sketch up, and conducting seminars on Revit architecture and AutoCAD in colleges and Companies.
