Handling the whole cycle of Recruitment process.Interacting with the clients to assimilate the requirement and profile of the position. Understand the need of client and then search for the right candidate within time frame.Sourcing & coordinating for Recruitment through various means like Job Portals, Existing database, Intensive Headhunting & References - Internal/ External. Interacting with candidates for the updated information to match the requirement & arrange their interviews Co with the clients.-ordinate with the clients and take the feedback till the final placement and also maintain mutual relationship for the future requirements.
