The Operations Research group consists of research and data scientists who implement predictive, forecasting, and optimization algorithms across all facets of the operation.• Regional Airlines - Entire IT for the three wholly owned regional airlinesRegional airlines are subsidiary companies flying more than 50% of flights in the American Airlines network. This group develops and maintains all the technology for these airlines.• Cargo - IT for the Cargo line of businessCargo is a separate line of business generating $ 1 BN+ revenue. This group develops and maintains all commercial and operating systems for this business.• In 2020 added enterprise IT Infrastructure - Network, Mobility, Desktop Services
