• Processing of G-sec deals through NDS-OM: Including NDS-OM/ VF / E-Kuber for secondary market transactions.• Debt deals through internal systems via NSCCL / ICCL for secondary market transactions.• Processing of Primary market deals for FPI Clients. Performing daily reconciliation data received from CCIL and Internal Systems. • Monitor FPI debt utilization limit as well as G-sec / VRR utilization for FPI Clients. Preparing and sending regulatory reports to RBI and CCIL for G-sec Trades i.e. Daily, Weekly, Fortnightly, and Monthly.• Reporting of Fund flow and outflow to the Treasury team.

Handling Equity Pre and Post-trade settlements.Timely Equity Trade Confirmations to Clients. Liaising with local and global custody for post-trade settlements. Assist in Equity Trade support and middle office roles to Clients, Sales, Business desk, and operations desk at various regions. Co-ordinating with the front office, and sales team for any queries and resolving them at the earliest Reporting on both exchanges i.e. NSE, BSE.Ownership of EOD activities and Reconciliation for both cash and stock. Overviewing KYC activities for FPI clients related to onboarding them and relevant mapping in internal systems as well as with static.Check exchange/Regulatory circulars on a daily basis; highlight them and take relevant action for the same.Static data maintenance.Comply with all regulatory and internal control-related processes.Handling internal and statutory audits.Set priorities, develop a work schedule, Monitor progress toward goals, and maintain tracker details for various developments raised with vendors for various developments.Assess situations to determine the importance, urgency, and risks and make clear decisions which are in the best interest of organizations.

- Liaising with custody as well as various counter parties for Trade settlements. - Investigate failing trades with custody as well as counter party and ensure timely settlement - Co-ordination with Front Office and Middle Office For Trade operations viz - Prices Mismatch / Quantity Mismatch , solving discrepancies if any .- Follow up of trade processing with clients as well as meeting their requirements , if any.- Uploading STP into various portals (as per client requirement) viz- STP gate ,STP Express and NSDL.- Allocating OTR trades.- Checking and allocating brokerages received from various institutional Clients.- Looking into various settlement accounts of Exchanges i.e. BSE and NSE. Handling as much as sixteen accounts and their reconciliations on a daily basis.- Handling Pay-in / Payout of Clients. Auction Process. Off Market transfers. Early Pay-in of Clients. - Vendor Management- UAT Testing

-As a fund Executive , various responsibilities from settlement of trades to dealing with various counterparties , settling trades in custody ( state street ) and confirmations for brokers as well as various counterparties is the basic role from an operational perspective in Exchange traded fund(ETF)-Handling settlement of various trades in countries like Ireland,Turkey, Mauritius.-Doing recon for various funds relating to expenses as well as the spillover (excess amount ) which the fund has -Handling custody settlements as well as investment managers queries relating to portfolio index and solving their queries. - Re balancing portfolio every quarter according to Index to which fund is based. - Checking and keeping a tab on various prices in portfolios.Sending trade files for settlements to Investment managers as per their requirements.

-Settlement of Debt and Equity trades.-Dealing with counter parties for settlement of trades- Getting STP files from NSE website for settlement of trades relating to equity- Doing reconciliation on a daily basis.Sending files to custodian and fund accountants for calculation of NAV and dividend.
