Being a part of the clinical implementation team, was involved in Implementation (Pre Go-Live, Go-Live and Post Go-live) working collaboratively with the deployment, support, development team, QA team.2. (Physician, nurses, lab technician, billing executive, administrator etc.)- The correct diagnosis, drug interaction over-rides and patient waiting time.- To find how implementation (upgradation) improved compliance to certain standards.- To benefit the EHR vendors with recommendations/ guidelines to implement the standards or improve adoption/usage of EHR functionalities.Inference: It was found that the previous EHR version of the hospital with no or lesser compliance to standards has lower usage rate of EHR functionalities whereas the upgraded version of EHR complied to more standards hence saw an improved usage rate.The impact of compliance on correct diagnosis was positive whereas due to lack of appropriate standards in place for optimizing drug interaction alerts, the trend saw a hype in over-ruling of alerts due to alert fatigue.
