I lead the Corporate Legal and Government Relations functions at Asanas. I leverage my expertise in corporate law, securities regulation, and governance to support the company's vision of enabling teams to work together effortlessly, leading complex projects and transactions that help fuel Asana's growth and create value for our investors.In my role, I collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure Asana's public disclosures are accurate, timely, and transparent, and to plan and execute strategic initiatives. I am passionate about finding innovative and pragmatic solutions to legal challenges and opportunities, and contributing to Asana's mission of empowering teams to do great things.

Counsel supporting corporate governance, finance, M&A, stock administration and securities work at DocuSign- Drove ’33 and ‘34 Act reporting and other public-facing disclosure including creating and launching DocuSign’s first ever stockholder outreach in Fall 2020- Materials and agendas planning and drafting for meetings of DocuSign’s parent company board of directors and governance management of DocuSign's worldwide subsidiaries- M&A and equity investment work at multiple valuations and levels of complexity- Corporate finance activities including DocuSign’s January 2021 $690M notes offering and launch of a $500M secured credit facility and providing ongoing support for the Tax and Treasury teams in management of DocuSign and its subsidiary capitalization structure- Diversity & Inclusion committee lead for DocuSign Women ERG

Attorney supporting a variety of corporate, securities, M&A activities including:- Drafting materials and advising for Board and Committee meetings of HP's parent company board and its four standing committees- Drafting & reviewing HP's SEC filings and other public disclosures including financial disclosures, governance changes, sustainability disclosure and other material events- Managing & drafting HP's Proxy Statement including shareholder proposal response strategy and leading execution of HP's entirely-virtual Annual Meetings of Stockholders- Championing the use of technology in the organization; HP's Corporate team won "Best Use of Technology" by an in-house team at Corporate Secretary's 2018 Corporate Governance Awards- Supporting HP's Tax and Treasury organizations in HP's capital structure management- HP's successful defense of an unsolicited tender offer and proxy contest in 2020- Stockholder engagement with institutional investors and engagement with proxy advisory firms- M&A with a focus on integration including after HP's acquisition of Samsung's printer business in late 2017- Director & Executive compensation and employee equity plan administration matters including HP's Employee Stock Purchase Plan and 401(k) Plan
