Service Line: Talent, Organization, and Performance- Developed and launched LINKED; a new hire integration program for incoming employees to the Directorate for Information Management and Chief Information Officer (DS) for Federal client.- Developed, coordinated, and delivered training on DS’ strategy, career development, customer experience, business processes, and the Operating Model Framework.- Developed a new employee engagement plan - Developed recruiting strategy for DS that defined how DS would recruit and retain talent.- Developed a hiring manager tool kit that included interview templates, behavioral interview questions, Questions to Avoid While Interviewing, and other support tools for DS hiring managers. - Designed and delivered five hiring manager training sessions with 49 attendees to review Barack Obama's Hiring Reform Initiative and Behavioral Interviewing.- Launched a recruiting team for DS consisting of 19 employees to attend various recruiting and hiring events.- Designed and developed DS candidate promotional materials including a flyer, brochure, and FAQ Card.
