• As a part of Disaster recovery team Installed, configured various monitoring Agents (Fx and Vx) on the Client-side servers needed for replication and to track the health of the servers.• Monitored the Disk Volumes, other security and storage alerts through the Inmage Azure Software.• Maintained and supported 4 data centers with 10 ESXI host per data center which included migration of VM servers, increasing data store size as per the requirement.• Used VMware vMotion to eliminate application downtime from planned server maintenance by migrating running virtual machines between hosts and installing VMware tools on all VM's.• Created support documentation that empowered and enabled user community to extend skills, leverage system features and find resolutions to questions without intervention from support team.• Recovering and Validating the servers Before the test which included checking the sever status by pinging the respective ip’s, configuring the windows Firewall settings, assigning the respective VLAN's.• HA (High Availability), DRS (Distributed Resource Scheduler) , Fault Tolerance, VSwitch Configuration, management and Troubleshooting.• Monitored systems in operation and input commands to troubleshoot areas such as Network drop down or Volume issues.• Worked on Incident tickets, RITM’s, Problem Tickets and Change Request on daily basis regarding RPO issues, Replication issues, Agent heartbeat issues, updated all the tickets and maintained SLA for tickets.• Worked with the Development team and the Testing team for new production fixes/releases, running nightly batch jobs, and troubleshooting it in Control-M.
