Throughout my career, I have acquired in-depth expertise and contributed significantly to diverse areas, including Logframe development, quantitative research, quality monitoring, tool development, technology-enabled data collection, data analysis, impact assessment, program evaluation and learning, process documentation, proposal development, evidence-based reporting, and capacity building. My work spans multiple development sectors, including Microfinance, Public health, Education, Life skills education and adolescent development,WASH, Girls' leadership & empowerment and Social norm change with a strong focus on cross-cutting themes like gender and resilience.I have successfully managed and led Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) initiatives at both national and state levels, collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders, such as the Ministry of Minority Affairs, state government officials in health and education, NGO partners, and local governance structures.
