With an MBA in HR and overall 13 years of experience with emphasis in HRIS for over 10 years, I am proficient in HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Core and advanced comp, Performance Management, Security, Time off, Leave and Time tracking modules as well as in reporting, dashboards, and workflows creation.I also provide training, troubleshooting, and data validation for the HR team/Stakeholders and the end-users, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the HRIS system. Previously, I have managed the Workday implementation project for several modules, where I collaborated with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition.
