Hi, I am Poonam 👋. I enable leaders in driving bigger, bolder, and more sustainable initiatives. My work revolves around strategy, research, marketing, strategic communication, impact assessment and election campaigns - with a particular focus on corporate social responsibility, leadership, sustainability, gender diversity, and social justice. We, at NEEV Research, provide primary and secondary research services across India. We’ve had the privilege to consult with a range of profits & non-profits, private foundations, CSR bodies, think tanks and researchers, government bodies and policy makers - enabling us to interact with more than a million voices pan India. My other initiative, Chunaav, is a political advisory and consulting firm specialising in elections & campaign management with a particular focus on opinion polls, pre-poll electorate analysis, and political branding. At Chunaav, we have been associated with leaders and political parties across ideologies and demographies for the past 18 years. Through these two platforms, I’ve garnered invaluable experience of interacting with government officials, corporates, non-profits, politicians, policy makers, industry leaders, and most importantly millions of Indian citizens. Our team today, is a vibrant network of consultants and young professionals with a cumulative experience of 50+ years armed with an in-depth understanding of the socio-demographic landscape including the issues and challenges facing India.
