Current employment at Southland has broadened my horizons, allowing me to work with industry leading Business practices as a Process and Systems Analyst. In this role, I work independently, taking ownership and accountability in gathering, mapping, and documenting current processes. I am always on the lookout for continuous process improvement opportunities. I possess strong project and process management skills, including the ability to lead small groups and influence stakeholders. Achievements include gaining stakeholders' trust and becoming a preferred team member by maintaining a humble attitude, actively listening, and learning from them to continually develop my knowledge and skills.My journey in IT profession as Systems Analyst started with successfully completing my Bachelor's of Science in Mathematics and Computing with Statistics, at PwC then promoted as an Implementation Consultant, where I leveraged my skills to work with clients and vendors in implementing ERP solutions such as PRONTO and SunSystem. Later, I joined Virtusa, which has US-based clients, and ventured into Testing field. This role provided me with exposure to working in the US, where I received appreciation from clients, managers, and coworkers for my timely customer relationship management and dedication to meeting deadlines also known as 'Accountable team player'. My career further advanced when I migrated to Canada and worked with the cutting-edge world-leading mobile company BlackBerry. This role provided me with exposure to their proprietary for highly secured operating system and involved testing the latest devices, broadening my professional experience in mobile testing. I was recognized as a quick learner contributed upskilling team members as well.I enjoy meditation, gentle exercises brisk walks, cycling in the park, swimming, yoga, and aerobics with live music as a means of stress relief. Being nature lover, I take great pleasure in tending to my backyard plants caring for them. As an environmentalist, I strive to help prevent plastic waste from entering landfills in any way I can. I am seeking a challenging position where I can optimally utilize my analytical, customer-focused, and active learning by guiding the team skills.
