Analyzed purity content of different therapeutic proteins as a part of Quality control department.• Used techniques such as RPHPLC, Peptide mapping & Size Exclusion Chromatography, Gas Chromatography,NMR Spectroscopy, Bradford assay, Residue on incineration, Loss on drying techniques and Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy.• Conducted Host Cell protein analysis using ELISA.
