Advise the team about the correct way to design their UX.- UX audits, make suggestions and create improvements- Working closely with Engineering manager director, development team and additional stakeholders by applying UX best practices to improve UX and UI in existing products.- Create assets, features, wireframes and prototypes, following the design system of the product.- Working under an Agile environment applying best practices making sure to be ahead of development.- Reviewed user feedback to propose solutions to current UX problems.- Guide on existing website/application and make it more like an enterprise application, take care of flow and give suggestions to change flow, detailing of app.- Share best practices to achieve the relevant UX and UI of the product.
