It’s been close to 3 years of me into the industry. I have been working closely with AT&T clients. My job role is to carry the SLA’s , supervise the team for best practices. I am also the point of contact for the client to build up new work practices or the client reaches out to me for any discrepancies. The AT&T project(Fusion) has been established in 2018 and I have been a core member to lay the foundations of it . I had worked closely with the management of Tech Mahindra and AT&T to drive operations, build roadmap and build work models . I have also extended my expertise and have trained several batches (technical associates) and helped them with hands on in the pilot phases of the process and even post that when the FTE count increased . I have been implementing best practices and maintaining the NPS score for the process and teams to provide best customer experience and the NPS has been landing to maximum promoters giving AT&T and tech Mahindra an edge over the other competitors.

I joined here as an intern .My job role included carrying out the activities for India Smart Grid Week 2016 . The event was an international event with dignities from the globe who had excellent experience in Smart Grid , Energy & Electricity sector . The event gave a platform to discuss , come together , to see internationally how the smart cities and smart grids can be implemented and what are key parameters. I was the part if organising team with 6 other people and we had carried out all the activities like branding , logistics, work material in-house. I was taking care of the social media and was appointed as the social media handler for the company and event . I took up digital marketing techniques to increase the participation and membership with us by 25 percent in ISGW-16 and 40 percent in the second edition ISGW-17. After successfully completing my internship I was offered the new role as an Engineer Trainee and was incharge of digital section that included- social media handling , website handling and mobile application . With the launch of mobile app it was easy for the members to access varıyo is activities during participation which included there process of stay , participating in the workshop, registering in events internally taking place , booking meetings rooms at the venue, all through the mobile application, these services were also provided on the website .I had the background rights to make real time changes and the updates as and when required .I was also a part of PEER project that was launched with Tata Power Delhi Distribution which was a study to change few basic parameters in a power plant that could make it more effective and sustainable. The PEER rating system is a global concept and had to be converted to Indian Standard norms the study related to it was submitted to Ministry of Power with the positive and negative the rating system had as per the Indian norms against the international parameters.
