CurrentSMS Banking Sevices and Vendor Management includes:* Vendor Management and Governance of existing and new vendors - Updated/ Inforce vendor agreements as per legal requirements* Manage all the Vendors and conduct Governance to drive performance, process improvement, documentations, reports etc* Vendors Information Security complaince, timely completion of vendor audits.* Vendor documents and record management basis internal compliance requirement, MIS management and timely reporting* Manage and improve SMS delivery% and Latency for all transactional and OTP SMS for International and Domestic customers. DLT process management* SMS Banking performance monitoring and driving improvement* New initiates for digitisation, automation and improvement of available processes, look for automation wherever possible* Managing and reviewing existing process and continous stive for improvement* Manage and drive performance of all the newer integrated channels like Watsapp, Voice, In apps etc
