Advocating for the rights of young people and supporting them to take action in their communities, through the use of mobile technology to collect real time data.  Leads a programme ‘Technology Enabled Girl Ambassadors’ funded by Girl Effect in India. The programme supports adolescent girls to conduct research interview through mobile device within their own communities - including with men and boys. This unique approach unlocks the open and honest conversations that might otherwise be lost or not included when collecting data in traditional ways. Research and Data- °Have been able to bring together real time understanding on issues that matter to young people the most through the use of Mobile technology°Building on the MEL Framework for programmes to map and evaluate the progress and parameters of the programmes.Technology- °App designing: M-Sathi app and Pankh App, which are available on Google Play store. The M-Sathi app provides young people information on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights. While the Pankh App is a one-stop for young people looking for employability options and information. Providing information, knowledge, and resources on employment opportunity for young people through an interactive manner.Facilitation and Training- °Have trained and built on the capacity of more than 70 young girls from rural communities of Rajasthan, Bihar and Maharashtra to use mobile technology to conduct interviews and become mobile journalists. °Youth Forums, which creates platforms for young people in New Delhi to learn about the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and then encourages these young people to take action in their communities.°The campaign reached more than 500 young people directly and more than 3,500 young people through social media channels.°Built on the skills to bring the voices of young girls from remote communities to Youth Forums on SDGs and real time analysis on SDG 4, SDG 5, SDG 10 targets.

As part of the Digital University Facilitator, I supported young leaders in developing their leadership and involvement in the global movement for young people's gender equality, sexual reproductive rights. Guided and fostered young leaders in sessions and acted as a voice between women deliver young leaders programme and young leaders of the cohort to provide positive contribution for a better outcome and impact.

Worked with young girls and women at the Crisis Intervention Cell, assisted crisis management counsellors to file and assess next steps for the survivor. Initiated and supported to sensitize the community adopted by the organization to create awareness against Gender Based Violence and Domestic Violence by building the skills of young girls and boys.
