Worked directly with KEVTA's main clients including GE, Siemens, and Solar Turbines to provide fire protection systems for various types of gas turbines.Member of the ROC Industries' Executive Team that defines the enterprise and strategic goals and oversees all the ongoing projects in different department.

Managed a design engineering team which provided detail engineering design for fire protection skids for GE and Siemens gas turbines (LM6000, TM2500, LM1800, SGT-800). Worked with a team of design and manufacturing engineers, and a production team to design and build two Gas driven Pump Units (GPU) to protect Frame 7 GE gas turbines.

Conducted research for the United States Air Force Office of Scientific Research (AFOSR) in a collaborative venture with Clarkson University. Designed and manufactured a particle generator for Particle Image Velocimetery (PIV) applications. Developed a method to characterize synthetic jet actuators.•Increased savings by $9,000 through alteration of design and material elements of the particle generator, including the housing chamber and nozzle.•Conducted initial experiment of flow visualization (PIV) inside synthetic jets’ cavities to investigate the turbulent flow.

Oversaw two major projects - Rajaei Power Plant Optimization plan and South Pars Gas Field Development Phases 17&18. Accomplishments included cost and time savings. Global project that dealt with four external companies – IDRO, procurement, construction, and design firm. Managed an engineering project budget of $550,000 for South Pars.•Optimized the efficiency of a thermal power plant by writing new code using MATLAB and Borland Delphi that resulted in an increase in energy and exergy efficiencies of the power plant by 0.59% and 1.2%.•Represented IIC during weekly meetings and updates with a design firm, and monthly meetings with IDRO (main client).•Presented monthly project updates for external companies and oil ministry representatives.•Exceeded the deadline for the engineering project by five months through means such as negotiating with other parties of the project, purchasing better performing equipment, and designing the document flow map.

Led various projects in the filed of oil and gas such as crude oil pipeline leak detection, gas turbine part manufacturing. Projects ranged from 60,000$ to 400,000$.•Supervised manufacturing process for the casing of Alstom GT10B gas turbine. •Realized a cost savings by negotiating service contract between Germany and Poland to provide gas turbine maintenance and overhaul services for National Iranian Petrochemical Company (NIPC). •Developed a leak detection model for 500 kilometers of crude oil pipeline.•Designed and supervised the manufacturing process for an aerator and mixer for Bookan water treatment plant.
