The roles and responsabilities are define as follow : Surveying operators and shift leaders activity, coordinating and organising activities in production department, continuous improvement of team performances, solving conflicts inside team, making sure that the equipment is running properly, making sure that the internal reglementation is followed properly, direct responsible in reaching internal standards of production and quality, recruitment, training, part of the team which define the quality strategy and the quality system for the plant , implementation of the company policy and improvement methods ( 5S,Kaizen,Kanban,SMED,SOP).

The roles and responsabilities are define as follow: Surveying mechanics and technicians during the job, continuous improvement inside team, solving conflicts, responsible for the final technical condition of auto vehicles leaving the service, responsible for ensuring the delivery of the spare parts on time to the customer, ensuring that the auto vehicles are leaving the technical periodic inspection line following the required technical conditions
