My main tasks are:- Daily monitor of the team's activities and allocate resources according to needs. - Monitor, coordinate and implement the Reporting Process Improvement activities within the team.- I take actions for reaching the key performance indicators set.- I am responsible for developing forecast strategies in terms of operational, business and executive metrics by analyzing historical patterns and current trends at European level.- Close communication with the operation manager and deputy operation managers at European level. - I am responsible of the training for new members and cross training for the existing ones.- I perform process quality audits whenever needed.

Working closely with the Financial Departments in generating/creating specific reports regarding the sales/insolvency. Providing reports for SSC Cluj management regarding the activity of the persons involved in the collection process

Performing regular stock checks to identify any discrepancies between UPS ERP system and the clients, reconcile the stock discrepancies, organize and plan stock checks, maintaining a close relation with the Inventory, Quality and Materials department of Nokia
