As a CTO, I've built global engineering teams for a Silicon Valley startup with no voluntary leaves for over 2 years while the company's value growth exponentially under my helm. I have an extensive engineering experiences in many industries, but I've spent most of my career as a rendering engineer, shipping AAA multi-platform video games for top game studios around the world. From PS2 to Nintendo Switch and PS4, I worked on virtual all the game consoles since 2000.Throughout my career, I had numerous experience leading both engineers and non-engineers.
