I am an experienced and battle-tested tech leader who can handle both managerial and technical challenges. As a CTO, I've built global engineering teams for a Silicon Valley startup with no voluntary leaves for over 2 years while the company's value growth exponentially under my helm. I have an extensive engineering experiences in many industries, but I've spent most of my career as a rendering engineer, shipping AAA multi-platform video games for top game studios around the world. From PS2 to Nintendo Switch and PS4, I worked on virtual all the game consoles since 2000.Throughout my career, I had numerous experience leading both engineers and non-engineers. My leadership style promotes not just getting things done within deadlines, but also the personal growth of each team member. The tools I use to facilitate my leadership style include open communication, delegating responsibilities, fair rewarding system based on both results and innovation, and finding the most efficient work environment for each individuals in the team.
