Projects: - Project financed by Active Citizens Fund #11 "Together for education" - Planning, monitoring and reporting the implementation of trainings, workshops an consulting services for 21 small NGOs in the educational & social fields, in order to promote their organisational development. Duration of the project: 2 years. Coordinating more than 15 experts involved in the implementation of the activities and assuring the implementation of learning activities and events for the NGO representatives on the following topics: fundraising, strategic and operational planning, human resources and financial management, leadership, communication and branding, public sector partnerships, impact measurement. Maintaing the communication with the target group of beneficiaries, as well as the financer. - Project financed by UiPath Foundation "Teaching as Leadership - advanced" - Planning, monitoring and reporting the implementation of 8 trainings for 90 teachers: "Transformational Leadership" - training for school principals, "Communities for future" - accredited course on facilitating learning & practice communities for teachers"Culture of achievement" - online course 5 workshops under the programme "Competence Accelerator", each one designed to practically develop a different pedagogical competence.- Project financed by UiPath Foundation "Mindset for safe, violence free spaces" - Writing the project proposal, planning, monitoring and reporting the implementation of 2 trainings for 60 teachers: "Bullying Prevention & Management" and "Growth Mindset for Teachers & Students".Project duration: 10 monthsThe project implied coordinating the trainers, educational content creators, communication team and assuring communication with the target group of beneficiaries. The 60 teachers involved in the courses were responsible with implementing educational activities in their schools based on the information received in the courses.
