Role: To manage SAB Miller’s HR core processes in the West and North area of Romania• Performance Management• Talent Management• Recruitment with focus on talent acquisition and psychometric assesment• Training & Development• Compensation & Benefits• Industrial relations• Administration, reporting and KPI’s

HR Club including more than 30 Multinationals Companies located in Western Romania Area

- to ensure the strategic recruiting of engineers for competence transfer for Technical Department - meet the company’s targets related to absenteism and turnover - unify two teams in one department Administrative Team and Human Resources, a team of 20 people - succesfully complete Assesment Center for evaluation of management and key players - development of middle management using role rotation and empowerment- maintain and improve the contacts with the local community and relevant authorities - organize support for Medias Plant Opening and Ukraine Plant Opening - build capability into the organization to sustain strategic growth: recruiting, special skills,etc

part of the restructuring team, redesign of the functional structure - prepare the organization for the management of change process, HR strategy- to manage a PHARE project for training 130 employees - build partnerships with universities from Resita and abroad- externalization of Health Care services, Pharmacy, Payroll

to build-up the first HR department- to help dufa aquire ISO 9001 certification- to give advice and consultancy regarding the new Work Design of the company- motivate and train the sales teams- introduce a new performance evaluation system and benefits plans - support for the Management of Change Process

to ensure the recruiting path from 400 employees to 3000 employees is respected - meet the company’s targets related to unauthorized leaves and turnover level- manage and administer with a team of 11 people the HR Department tasks: mass recruiting system, on boarding and corporate training, salary and benefits administration, employee services, labor issues - managed visitors issues in Romania : visas, accomodation, working permits,etc- maintain the contacts with the local community and relevant authorities - organized official opening of Deva Plant : over 120 participants out of which 50 from Japan; accomodation and toursitic schedules ; media interviews (local TV & Radio)

Rotational and functional roles geared to buid up a multifaceted career:• Training Manager- to train the new recruits in P&G’s core principles & values- to establish the training needs of the new organization and build a skill aquisition matrix- to organize corporate and functional training using internal and international resources- expertize in cascading company’s objectives in measurable personal objectives• Human Resources Manager- to take over from expats the recruiting/downsizing tasks for the new aquisition- manage and administer with a team of 4 people the HR Department tasks: recruiting, training, compensation and benefits administration,retirement plans, stock options plan, health plan - implement the Company’s policies regarding: competitive benefits, high performance working systems, corporate standards - maintain the contacts with the local community and relevant authorities- responsible to build P&G’s immage in the local community: media interviews (local TV & Radio), donnations (45K $ surgery devices-City Hospital) University Campus presentations, Job Fairs,etc• Process Manager- to learn the core activities of the Plant: Bleaching Agents & Detergent Powder Manufacturing- lead a team of 15 people in day/ night shifts- implementation of a High Performance Working System throughout the organization of 200 people- to manage projects, maintenance plans, and budgets over 70K $/month - to understand and optimize logistics of raw materials supply and process reliability- to track losses and efficiency: cost and people related
