Ensure truck availability at the nominated locations and movement monitoring as per project requirements.Follow-up with clients to ensure orders are issued to available trucks and loaded in accordance to truck capacity.Keep track of waybills and ensure they are collected and submitted for further processing. Monitor/track the movements of the allocated trucks to ensure on time delivery of products to customer and follow up any complaints for quick resolution.Prepare weekly report on trucks and drivers performance and shortages for submission with analysis and proposed plan for improvement of performance. Maximize revenue through fulfillment of orders by ensuring trip targets are achieved.Manage drivers related activities/ ensure their availability, welfare and trip allowances are paid for smooth operations.
