As an IT leader, I focus on the development of services in the operational domain. Currently, I am focused on the area of interaction with government agencies (such as the Federal Tax Service, Federal Bailiff Service, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Federal Customs Service, etc.), and I have also spent a long time developing the bank's core systems.I manage agile teams (30+ people, up to 5 teams at a time) and am responsible for:- building and optimizing development processes within the teams;- formulating product and technological strategy, product roadmap, and managing the backlog;- designing target architecture and validating architectural solutions;- managing technical debt and risks;- hiring, forming cross-functional teams, and developing people;- ensuring the correctness of technical decisions made by the teams; -ensuring the quality of IT services: stability, continuity, transparency, speed, and predictability of change delivery.

Was acting as a teamlead of a SCRUM team developing solutions for interaction with state authorities.Main activities:- work with the incoming queue of initiatives from internal business customers, product and service teams: preliminary analysis and assessment (effort, timelines);- analyzing changes, managing the process of task decomposition and formalization;- formulating change requests for related systems, agreeing on scope and timelines, and monitoring;- prioritizing tasks and mid-term planning of team workload;- organizing and supporting internal team processes (SCRUM activities and any additional requests that arise);- supporting business users and support staff with incidents and productivity issues.

Was acting as a leading system analyst in the internet-bank for PI (Alfa-Click) development project and was responsible for maintaining system and all stages of life cycle of system enhancements and new functionality creation.

Delivering an SFA project as a part of new PepsiCo’s Go-To-Market model:1) Leading the whole process of system rollout as a single project for each distributor (10 distributors and about 140 users): • Development and approval of the deployment plan collaboratively with business analyst including gathering initial information of distributor’s business processes, stakeholder’s requirements, and analysis of the existing business processes model. • Providing recommendations of business processes modification and their implementation in the distributor’s ERP system in case of critical differences with the standard PepsiCo’s business processes model.• Training IT staff with interfaces specification. Providing ongoing control and interface development support.• Managing external IT suppliers and service providers to ensure delivery of the tasks agreed.• System integration testing and users acceptance testing (SIT & UAT) design, users training.• Go-live management, system hypercare support after rollout, handover to sustain.• Risk and issue management, reporting to stakeholders at regular basis.2) Initiating and leading the SFA-system changes being as a link between the PepsiCo business and system developers to get optimal designed solution meeting business requirements and using existing system capabilities. Functionality and architecture design of these changes.
