Graduate of Gubkin RSU of oil and gas with TNK-BP scholarship program. After graduating as 'mining engineer-geologist' (5years) got recommendation for postgraduate studies. So after 5 years of university I decided to get in industry for collecting experience and data for postgraduate diploma.Because of great interest in oil and gas industry tried to get new experience every summer holidays since first course, so there is several months of drilling supervisor skills in my background.As young specialist of TNK-BP (Orenburgneft) I started my career in oilfield from oil and gas production operator. After 3 months I was transferred to another workplace as 1st category geologist. Got job offer of lead geologist in sidetrack planning department after Rosneft conference.After successful completion of the program for young specialists with several diplomas in scientific and technical Rosneft conferences (including implementation in industry) got experience as mentor and chairman of regional young specialists society.To spread my knowledge borders in industry I decided to transfer in service department in Rosneft perimeter to obtain new experience in both well service ("KRS" company) and geological and geophysical research ("SamaraNefteGeofizika" company). Got an experience in geological support of drilling for 1 year in "Udmurtneft".In Orenburgneft working period I proposed to combine exploration and sidetracking programs in the form of drilling sidetracks for Devon facilities (not previously developed in license block). The first # 3511 well on Dolgovskoye field produced an industrial flow of oil from Upper Devonian carbonates higher than the average runoff in 2016. Because of wellbore growing there was a need to increase depression to achieve maximum production so I proved the necessity of mass implementation of small-size pumping equipment in sidetracks. (After changing the pump on #1080 Bobrovskaya, the flow rate increased from 10 to 22 tons / day).
