• Work in close partnership with management to prepare and implement HR strategy.• Foster a culture in line with HR best practice through the coaching and training of team leaders/managers. • Manage investigations and complex employee relations issues.• Manage the payroll and pension processes, ensuring all legislation and deadlines are adhered to. • Measure employee satisfaction, identifying and implementing strategies to make improvements. • Delivery and completion of various ad hoc project work, MI reports & analysis. • Ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date and in line with current employment law and ensuring line managers are up to date with any change in policy.• Responsible for the delivery of training in line with HR best practice to the management team.• Responsible for the 120 company vehicles, ensuring they meet the legal requirements in relation to the company Fleet. • Responsible for the management of the Company fleet and the co-ordination of the for all Company vehicles; including selection/procurement, re-sales, allocation of vehicles, maintenance, arranging lease agreements, and reporting on accident and fleet costs. • Keeping up to date with developments in employment legislation and human resources best practice and sharing knowledge within the team and wider business to ensure continuous development and improvement.

• First point of call for HR queries.• Working with the HR Manager and HR Director in relation to strategic project work within the department. • Provide professional and confidential HR advice, support and administration across a range of HR activities: including employee relations issues, terms and conditions of service, policies and procedures.• Addressing employment relations issues such as disciplinary, grievance, appeals, performance management and capability• Support with the development of team leaders / managers in relation to people management skills and delivering training to managers on a variety of HR topics.• Conducting all Company inductions for new starters.• Proactively supporting the HR Manager with the review of HR policies and procedures to ensure they are in line with updated legislation and to ensure continuous improvement.• Keeping up to date with developments in employment legislation and human resources best practice and sharing knowledge within the team and wider business to ensure continuous development and improvement. • Accurately complete all monthly payroll processes ready for bank submission.

• Managing own accounts, working to specific targets and resolve any queries relating to invoices. • Data entry and spreadsheet organization.
