I was promoted internally into this role based on my excellent performance as an art director. I managed the world-famous brand - McDonald’s. I provided guidance to junior teammates and ensured the excellent quality of every design item and the on-time submission of campaign deliverables. With my proficiency in video editing and motion graphics, I was also creating social clips in-house which saved cost and showed high efficiency to the client. I worked in a fast-paced and stressed environment, and was able to complete urgent projects within a tight schedule.
