The Bosch Future Mobility Challenge is a prestigious international competition launched by Bosch Engineering Center Cluj in 2017. This event brings together talented student teams each year to develop autonomous driving and connectivity algorithms on 1/10-scale model vehicles, navigating through a simulated smart city environment. Over several months, these students collaborate with Bosch experts and academic professors to perfect their algorithms, competing for top spots and valuable prizes.As a Project Assistant, I contributed to the success of this competition by managing various logistical tasks and supporting the student teams throughout the project. My responsibilities included:▪ Assisting the logistics team to ensure a smooth experience for participants and attendees.▪ Assisting students with event-related inquiries and providing essential information to help them achieve their project milestones.▪ Serving as a point of contact for troubleshooting, offering guidance, and ensuring all participants had the resources needed to focus on their innovations.

The Summer Working Student Program is a three-month initiative designed to provide students with real-world work experience, allowing them to collaborate closely with professionals, gain industry insights, and develop essential career skills. As the Project Coordinator, I played a key role in managing all aspects of the program, from recruitment to training and final presentations. My responsibilities included:▪ Leading the Recruitment Process: Coordinated the recruitment process, which attracted over 3,500 applicants, ensuring the selection of highly motivated students.▪ Organising Weekly Mentor Meetings: Conducted and moderated weekly meetings with mentors, ensuring clear communication and ongoing support for both students and mentors.▪ Engaging Stakeholders: Held meetings with relevant stakeholders to align on program objectives, expectations, and logistical needs.▪ Task Delegation: Assigned tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring efficient program operations and resource management.▪ Organising Induction & Final Events: Organised the program’s induction event and the final "Student Marketplace," where students showcased their projects.▪ Delivering Trainings: Conducted skill-building sessions on time management, intercultural communication, and teamwork to equip students with essential skills for their future careers.

The Communication Committee (ComCom) is one of the four committees of ESN International. The committee is made up of volunteers who work and provide support to the International Board (IB), as well as to the wider network, including all the bodies of ESN International, national organisations and local sections to provide communication-related services to the network. The committee works in close contact with the Communication Manager and is organised into the six following teams: Corporate Identity, Graphics, Proofreading, Press, Social Media and Video. Overall responsibilities of the Chairing Team▪ Initiating, coordinating and supervising the work and projects of the teams;▪Creating and stimulating an inspiring and motivating working atmosphere; ▪Maintaining active contact with the Communication Manager, Board and GA; ▪Maintaining contact and collaboration with other ESN support structures and bodies; ▪Coordinating and chairing online meetings; ▪Organising and chairing the ComCom Meetings; ▪ Supporting and collaborating with the Communication Manager and Community Manager in managing the Communication Community; Position specific responsibilities:▪Leading, coordinating, and supporting the Chairing Team; ▪Leading the drafting and supervises the implementation of Action Plans for the Committee as well as for each team, in cooperation with the respective Team Coordinator / Vice-Chair; ▪Managing internal communication within the Committee; ▪Handling internal administration including finances, documents etc.; ▪Managing the membership, including administration, development, recruitment, team-building, and other HR-related tasks; ▪Administering the Committee using various tools (mailing lists, members’ list, etc); ▪Being responsible for the training and development within the committee;▪Writing and delivering official reports to the Board and/or GA; ▪Representing the Committee at internal and/or external meetings;

The Membership Team consists of a number of volunteers who provide support to the candidate and full member organisations of ESN, as well as support the Vice President in the topic of membership. The Membership Coordinator makes sure that the team members understand their tasks and have necessary tools to follow-up on them. They also help the members strategically approach the issues and challenges connected to the tasks for the organisations, and connects them with other relevant support structures who can help them in that. Responsibilities:▪Ensuring quality and effective communication in the team; ▪Ensuring that the team members understand, follow and respect established procedures in their work with candidate, onboarding and developing organisations; ▪Delegating and following-up on the tasks of the team members; ▪Providing support to the team members in every aspect of their work; ▪Creating and updating tools for team members to be able to successfully finalise their tasks; ▪Making sure the team is in a position to finalise their tasks by the fixed deadline; ▪Creating and updating membership related tools for the network; ▪Maintaining cooperation with other support structures of ESN International;▪Organising the monthly internal meeting;▪Coordinating the administrative tasks of the team (budget, mailing lists, etc.);▪Reporting to the Vice President;▪Representing the team internally and externally.
