• Translate client objectives into creative strategy, using a consultative approach in determining which solutions and branding tactics drive outcomes• Lead the creative production process for a number of projects, including: website, event campaigns and collateral, infographics, brochures and other marketing materials• Produce content for multi-channel campaign strategies, including e-mail and social media marketing, print and digital, events and more• Guide project management strategy, including project prioritization, milestone tracking and resource deployment• Reimagine and standardize creative content across platforms by defining and documenting style guides, brand guidelines, intranet/brand management portal(s) and brand strategies• Oversee deadline-driven calendars that generate regular content to improve KPIs in advancement of organizational goals• Manage budgets according to finance requirements• Support cross-departmental projects on both internal and external-facing initiatives

• Introduce and develop curriculum for The University of the Arts• Support registrants for a successful transition from student to professional by teaching them the fundamentals of Business Communication for Design Professionals: Building a personal brand; Crafting a resume, CV, cover letter and request for references; Writing a defining artist statement; Preparing proposals and business plans; Presenting well-rounded perspectives; Maintaining professionalism in all manners of business correspondence.

• Build strategies for developing, implementing and managing compelling content• Analyze and audit digital content based on user goals and behaviors and identify key opportunities to best engage audiences• Confidently present content strategy to internal and client stakeholders• Collaborate with the cross functional team to define and update content strategy processes and deliverables• Contribute to copywriting efforts if/when necessary
