Administration Manager
Current• Responsible for administrative task to ensure smooth operational support.• Responsible for daily administrative issues, resolve trouble shooting and facilitate internal departments to smoothen day to day operations.• Managing and controlling all Admin services.• Maintain office equipment and facilities in good working condition.• To take the responsibilities in setting up and maintaining office management and system such as basic infrastructure, layout or building, meeting room reservation system, etc. and ensure that all of facilities and service qualities are well managed.• Liaise with renovation plan and cost.• Overall purchasing the office materials and provide the office supply, stationary, and take care of office equipment to be in an appropriate for use condition.• Sourcing suppliers/subcontractors for procurement requirements in relevant item and selecting the best suppliers.• Selecting and negotiating for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers/ vendors under company policy.• To issue approval memo relate with Admin expenses.• To estimate Admin yearly budget.• To responsibility of insurance company property such as office, travel insurance.• Arrange business trips, book air tickets, hotels both domestic and overseas for executive and staffs.• To support the company’s activities and events schedule to ensure that all is arranged and established on time.• Assist in logistics and food preparation for meetings, trainings, and workshops. • Support the HR team for the company’s events and perform other essential duties as assigned and when necessary.• To design and implement effectively service regulation of Driver, Maid, Receptionist and Messenger.• To be responsible renewal all member company contracts.• Prepare all necessary documents to apply work permit and Visa for cancelation, extension 90 days notification process.
