On Critical Techworks I'm working as a java Dev-ops on anautonomous driving project whose main objective is to provide andmanipulate, data to allow cars driving autonomously.A map provider (Here) is used to get the road geometry and theevents that may occur (accidents, traffic…) from a data STREAM in nearreal time.In this project the technological stack used is Java, React and alsosome Scala.Firstly, the project was a monolith, that was split into some microservices, which are currently hosted on AWS and the Services aremonitored through metrics created in the application that allows us tocontrol the behavior of the app with some dashboards.The entire infrastructure is built on terraform and the project was builton top of some CI/CD pipelines created in jenkins and Github Actions, where some testsare running, and which allow deployment to the differentenvironments.For the management and coordination of the project, Scrum is used.
