In my position as Manager of MistralPay, I was involved from its inception as a concept and idea, the development of a comprehensive business plan, through the MFSA approval stages, and to its successful launch and the critical post launch period and beyond.I am responsible for all sales & marketing and merchant handling and the technical development of the platform. The latter includes extending the platform by integration with other online payment services providers, acquirers and payment gateways as well as the continuous enhancement necessary to maintain the merchants' and users' experience of MistralPay, easy, fast & secure.My mission and most important guiding principle is to offer merchants and users of MistralPay multiple safe and secure payment methods and a seamless experience that adds value to their sales, money transfer or payment transactions.

This was a very interesting and rewarding period in my career. I was involved in internet projects related to various industries. Of particular interest was advising on and setting up of a comprehensive one-stop-shop portal for an online travel start-up. I also advised on online payment solutions and alternative methods of payment.Other areas that I worked on were website design and SEO, chargeback management, anti-fraud systems, merchant acceptance strategies and risk control on high risk merchant services.
