At SPACES McKinney Ave, I work to create community events and partnerships that engage our clients, increase our referrals, drive unique traffic to our location and provide opportunities for our clients to grow their network.Since March 2018, I've lead our team to execute 10+ events per month, both for our members and with outside companies to create additional revenue for the center which helped us reach profitability in September 2018. I've created a partnership with the Dallas Mavericks that will expose SPACES to over 200k fans and partners through social media, radio, email campaigns and in-person promotional marketing programs. Additional community amenities have been negotiated with local vendors to include preferred rates for SPACES clients and monthly services that enhance our client's experience. My goal has also been to create best practices within our center to help train and develop our team. We now have a streamlined system to manage event requests, templates for event outreach and promotion, a database of preferred vendors and a resources guide for event execution.

-Consistently achieved NNS, Customer Voice and Net Promoter scores through the development of sales strategies & training of staff.-Spearheaded Areas of Expertise & Ambassador Program to increase engagement and accountability for staff.

-Selected as Regional Events Specialist and spearheaded regional events program and reporting system to set standards on event execution, monitor event activity by location and create Regional Event reports for monthly submission to Store Operations and Omni-Channel sales meetings. -Assisted in the planning and execution of our Regional Sales Meeting hosted in Dallas, which included meeting space reservations, sourcing, coordination & negotiation with restaurants for large group lunches and dinners, and planning of entertainment outside of meeting hours. -Executed local events to drive traffic and built partnerships local businesses and non-profits including - Boardwalk Ferrari, Taylor Hooton Foundation, Temple Emanu-El, SPCA, North Dallas Chamber of Commerce, DFW Child Magazine and Susan G Komen.-Selected to the company Delight Program - an omnichannel think tank to improve client experience at the Nespresso headquarters in NYC.

-Assisted in the development of marketing strategies for e-commerce, sales forecasting and product development to produce 138% increase over LY.-Decreased cost of photo shoot expenses by introducing product styling without models to vary product presentation.
