In 2013 I achieved an award for commitment to excellence, and for taking on duties over and above what is expected of me. I take pride in this achievement, as it is a confirmation of what I set out to achieve in everything I do, whilst keeping up with changes in the industry. My experience in the OD-ETDP field include the entire skills development function; as well as training AMEX partners throughout Africa on premium customer care and various soft skills. Furthermore, I also design Employee Development Programmes, to support the learning and development journey of employees at the workplace. I work with corporates as well as individual coaching and career journeys.Being a catalyst in the journey of others, fulfill my purpose.
