The Mentoring for Growth Program has been active since 2002, and in that time has assisted thousands of businesses to grow and succeed. It is a service provided at no cost to small businesses that offers access to volunteer business mentors - who offer insights, options and suggestions on business challenges relating to growth and innovation. Amber joined the group in 2014 as their Outbound Sales Manager and quickly saw an opportunity to expand on their current product offering. Promoted in January 2016 to Asia Pacific Sales Director Amber oversaw the successful launch of SponsoredLinX in to the New Zealand market as well as the introduction of the Charity Arm to the organisation. Amber joined Combined in 2011 as a Sales Representative and was promoted to Territory Representative in March 2012. A promotion in July 2012 saw her appointed as a Sub Regional Manager, managing 100% commission cold selling sales representatives. Managing the region of Gladstone through to Brisbane - Amber grew the team to 50+ self-employed Authorized Representatives with 7 Territory Managers reporting through to her. She was responsible for all recruitment and training, as well as ensuring the budget was met.
