Reporting to the National Retail Buying Manager, I am wholly responsible for co-ordinating promotions and co-op for the Health and Wellness Category budgets across five retail brands including Amcal, Discount Drug Stores, PharmaSave, Guardian & WholeLife. In addition to managing the vitamins category across 5 retail banners, negotiating and executing national catalogues, relationship management, promotional planning and market analysis activities, I have been proud to have:• Exceeded monthly and annual 2022 revenue targets for promotions with co-op suppliers, developing strong trusted relationships with brands such as Sanofi, Metagenics and PharmaCare to negotiate paid advertisement of products, achieving 2022 calendar year budget by June 2022• Executed a streamlined planogram strategy for Amcal pharmacies, which saw a reduction of over 100 planograms to five, in turn increasing store sales to above COVID panic buying sales• Successfully managed 35 supplier accounts worth $6m yearly in promotional co-op and sales rebates, with a 5% income increase on the previous year• Nominated as Project Lead creating new processes to drive success of online retail websites

Reporting to the Senior Buyer, I was responsible for developing the ranging, pricing & promotional structure of the Health categories, including Medicines, Sports Nutrition, Foot Care and Vitamins. Even though Kaufland pulled out of the Australian market prior to opening a store, I was proud to have:• Developed a market leading range using data and insights to support decisions• Successfully negotiated and developed a Private Label Sunscreen range, that allowed for competitive market pricing despite low Minimum Order Quantities• Used category knowledge and consumer insights to identify gaps in the market to build a range that differentiated itself from other major retailers• Financial modelling and cost-benefit analysis to implement bold & sophisticated category strategies• Lead a social committee that was responsible for planning company wide team-building activities and social events

Reporting to the Category Manager, I was wholly responsible for all administrative tasks for both Amcal & Guardian promotions, as well as assisting in negotiating with suppliers to achieve co-op income targets. During my tenure, I also:• Successfully helped achieve 40% of the overall co-op budget for the FY19 financial year, which included negotiating with suppliers for more co-op support to close the budget gap • Built effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as the contact point for both store and supplier queries• Developed annual supplier promotional planners, re-negotiating throughout the year to maximise seasonal and locational changes and opportunities • Negotiated with suppliers for more co-op support and higher deals for the Franchise Partners• Coordinated advertising submissions, facilitating timely, accurate and commercial information share
