In this role, I work to enhance my skills in the traditional techniques of ceramic contruction, including handbuilding, and throwing on a potter's wheel, building on my prior knowledge in the ceramic arts.I also work directly with an instructor to further my knowledge of both historical and contemporary ceramic arts.

As Maintenange Manager, I am in charge of coordinating and completing maintenance for a century old cooperative house of two dozen people.I design solutions for household problems, and work with the larger organization to increase the functionality and longevity of the home.

As a member of EHOT, I work directly with the ICC president, general manager, and vice presidents to resolve emergency house conflicts.In this role, I participated in and directed hearings concerning member status in the ICC, and worked to make the standing rules governing the organization more accessible and effective.

I design and schedule testing procudures for a project team building a hybrid-electric powertrain, utilizing the principles of model based systems engineering.I wrote system requirements, and subsequently applied the verification and validation process.

I learned to host, serve, expedite and bartend in this role.The majority of my experience in this role was spent as expo, where I facilitated effective communication between the front and back of house staff in a fast-paced environment, optimized the back of house environment according to staff needs, ensured the accurate and swift distribution of food, and facilitated a friendly and supportive restaurant culture.Additionally, I received TAM and ServSafe certifications.

As concierge, I was tasked with serving tables and communicating with the expo about guests' needs in order to deliver orders quickly and accurately.

I optimized a production line according to staffing and order needs, kitted orders per customer requirements, and designed packaging plans for orders to ensure the most efficient use of packaging.I gained experience training employees and upholding a friendly and supportive work culture.
