About Alex Porter

I’m an adaptable software engineer who loves the everchanging programming landscape and to learn new tools, editors, programming languages, and frameworks to create useful software for users. As a scaffold builder, adaptability was the name of the game. Almost every scaffold we built was different than the one before. Along with projects being different, there were also many times that we wouldn't have all the necessary equipment. This caused me get to creative and enhanced my problem-solving skills immensely. Now, I leverage this strength to continually adapt to new platforms, languages, and tools I use as a software engineer.
