Graduate Programs• Oversee six Graduate Programs – Online Executive MBA, Professional MBA, International MBA, MSA, MS-Computer Science and Information Systems, Business Foundations Certificate Program• Lead the development and approval of two fully online Graduate Programs – MS Business Analytics, MS Finance – that will be offered Fall 2018.• Major Program Revisions to PMBA and MSCSIS Programs• Currently serving as Director of the PMBA and the Online EMBA programs• Created off campus for credit offerings for Businesses and non-profit organizations.Executive and Professional Education – Swain Center• Work with/Supervise the Director of the H. David and Diane Swain Center for Business and Economic Services Overseeing the Executive and Professional Education efforts for the Cameron School of Business• Served as director of the Swain Center 7/14-7/16 prior to hiring a full time Director.• Work with Business Partners to develop non-credit Executive Ed and Professional development programs leveraging Cameron School expertise• Support the Swain Center’s Regional Engagement Efforts including partnering with the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce on developing an Economic Scorecard, presenting a regional Economic Outlook Conference and being a source of Economic impact studies for the region.International Programs• Oversee all aspects of Cameron’s international activities including sturdy abroad, dual degree programs and international partnerships.• Over 250 CSB students each year participate in Summer, Semester, year-long or two year-long study abroad experiences.

Key Achievements:New Marketing Concentrations: Lead effort to create two marketing concentrations: Marketing Strategy and Marketing – Professional Selling.Advisory Board: Worked with Department to create an Advisory Board for the Marketing Department. This advisory board is made up of senor level marketing professionals at firms that represent important employers for full-time positions and internships. The first meeting of the board was in the Fall of 2013.Wilmington Branding Initiative: Lead the faculty team responsible developing the survey used to assess community perceptions that could be used for branding the greater Wilmington region. This project was identified as one of the top research efforts at UNCW for 2013.Summer Innovation Task Force: Served on the university committee that researched and made recommendation about how to improve Summer School compensation and revenue sharing models, course offerings and not-for-credit programs.

Key Activities: Germany Liaison:Worked with German partner on dual degree program. Recruited students for study abroad programs, lead study abroad trips, Advised German students studying at UNCW.Honors Program: Served on the Honors Council and CSURF board. Developed and taught a “Research in Business” course for honors students. Supervised student honors projects. Assurance of Learning: Was an initial member and served six years on the committee that developed the Cameron School of Business approach for measuring and assessing student learning. MBA Activities: MBA Instructor, Faculty Advisor for Learning Alliance Projects, Served on the Task Force for revising the MBA curriculum.

The H. David and Diane Swain Center for Business and Economic Services emphasizes outreach into the private and business community to meet the trade and industry needs of North Carolina. The Swain Center provides three main activities:1) Serving as a source of Economic Data for Southeast North Carolina.2) Providing training for the region’s workforce.3) Supporting Regional Engagement by Students and Faculty.
