Key Achievements:New Marketing Concentrations: Lead effort to create two marketing concentrations: Marketing Strategy and Marketing – Professional Selling.Advisory Board: Worked with Department to create an Advisory Board for the Marketing Department. This advisory board is made up of senor level marketing professionals at firms that represent important employers for full-time positions and internships. The first meeting of the board was in the Fall of 2013.Wilmington Branding Initiative: Lead the faculty team responsible developing the survey used to assess community perceptions that could be used for branding the greater Wilmington region. This project was identified as one of the top research efforts at UNCW for 2013.Summer Innovation Task Force: Served on the university committee that researched and made recommendation about how to improve Summer School compensation and revenue sharing models, course offerings and not-for-credit programs.

Recruited students for study abroad programs, lead study abroad trips, Advised German students studying at UNCW.Honors Program: Served on the Honors Council and CSURF board. Developed and taught a “Research in Business” course for honors students. Supervised student honors projects. Assurance of Learning: Was an initial member and served six years on the committee that developed the Cameron School of Business approach for measuring and assessing student learning. MBA Activities: MBA Instructor, Faculty Advisor for Learning Alliance Projects, Served on the Task Force for revising the MBA curriculum.
