I am an eternal learner, researcher, curious person, poet, language and communication enthusiast, and passionate about work. For 20 years, I worked in the corporate segment in the areas of marketing, planning, product, business development, and innovation. During this period, I had the opportunity to develop numerous and varied projects and meet wonderful entrepreneurs who provided me with important learnings.In 2017, I founded my company, Kiwi, a communication consultancy. The kiwi is a bird without wings, and I love to make wingless birds fly. This means that I love a challenge, believe in dreams, and deliver results.I work on creating communication projects to promote the development of human capacities, improving the quality of intra and interpersonal relationships, which results in increased institutional results while promoting well-being for individuals.I believe that through communication, we can have a world with more compassion, equity, and sustainability, and I consider myself an agent in this transformation process.
