Positive Design focuses on understanding a client's story and unique concerns (empathy), contributing to testing new ideas and adaptations in life. This generative process is the core of a human-centered approach for living a positive, productive life. The Equity Exchange was conceived through numerous conversations with educators around the nation who expressed the need to advance our work beyond "Diversity 101." The mission of The Equity Exchange turns on four key commitments to: Explore Research, Advance Principles, Construct Practices, Extended Relationships. We recognize this work, by its very nature, is a dynamic endeavor and that the only constant in social, cultural and global progress is change – in practical terms, The Exchange will seek and deliver new research and topics every year, never relying on a static curriculum.

JBS Track & Field: support individual and team-based strategies for mental agility and resilience. We recognize that the greatest tool student-athletes have is their mind. I also provide specialized support in the horizontal jumps and javelin throw.

• Successfully re-built struggling program into a state power over six year period at the helm. Last winning record for this program, prior to my tenure, was in 1986.• Promoted academic and athletic success; Helped 20+ student-athletes get recruited and enrolled in NCAA DI, II, III & NAIA schools• Team record 51-20 (34-5 last three years), 2 Conference Championships, 5 of 6 District Championships, 2 State Semi-Finals, 3 time Conference Coach of the Year, ’08 AP Class 2 Coach of the Year, ’08 St. Louis Metro Coach of the Year, #1 Small School in Metro St. Louis (schools with 1,000 students or smaller)
