Hi, thanks for visiting my page. I’m Poseidon, a hedge fund attorney with a deep passion for the law and financial markets. I’ve worked with over 100 hedge fund managers and negotiated hundreds of trading agreements with all major brokers dealers. In 2019, I took a leap of faith leaving a large investment management firm to found HedgeLegal. I believed that outside counsel could offer more practical advice and better service to hedge fund managers. The result:Three years later, HedgeLegal rapidly growing organizing with some exceptional individuals at its core. We have assisted dozens of clients in achieving their goals. Whether it was launching their new fund, improving terms in outdated agreements, or establishing new CP relationships on industry best practice terms that protect their interestest and those of their investors.Our clients need help assessing the risks in their agreements and negotiating them effectively and quickly. More about me:I’m driven by a desire to continually improve, both professionally and personally. Whether it’s staying abreast of the latest legal and industry trends, going for that morning run followed by a cold shower, or learning about the universe and watching Jupiter through a telescope with my daughters.
