I was responsible for Raid, OFF!, Autan, Baygon, Chemotox, Pyrel, Tus, Polil insecticides products overall financial in Europe. Regional product supply leader of portfolio optimization projects (resources allocation, SKU harmonization, and complexity reduction).

I was responsible for the short term financial planning of the following regions - North/Latin America, Asia and Central Europe, Middle East, Africa - and Cash Flow / Total Shareholder Return / Tax forecaster (global) for Braun electric appliances. I was the key contact for Investors Relations and SEC/SOX requirements matters to P&G Corporate. I was closely involved in Braun global major go to market reinvention and reorganization project.

I was a profit forecaster for Central Europe, Middle East and Africa on Braun electric appliances and Duracell batteries brands. I provided accurate and timely business information to the regional leadership team. I analyzed our business trends and propose investment direction to stay competitive and reach our yearly goal.

My main responsibility were 1) identify saving opportunities via various cost analysis, to keep the production competitive against competitors 2) to keep under control the raw and packaging materials (RPM) costs in the world second biggest pads (Always) and tampon (Tampax) plant. I led cost reduction projects with multifunctional team by using Lean management methods. Directly responsible for a cost controller assistant who managed our cost structure in SAP. 3) Finance leader of the contract manipulation operations where I was involved in major machinery and construction investment by leading the long term profitability and cash flow study. Here I stepped up the forecasting / control system and created – for the first time ever – forecasting and actual proofing capability.I developed a robust tracking system for FI invoices and improved the RPM variance forecast, which was recognized by Geneva PS Finance as a significant quality improvement.

As a finance manager of my brands (Pampers, Lenor, Mr. Proper, Ariel Professional) in 5 countries (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia and Slovenia) my main responsibility were driving financial leadership within the brand team via providing high quality financial analysis to decision making process; controlling execution of the profit game plan and driving profitability. I was leading the yearly and long term (3 years) financial goal setting process, I periodically run benchmarking projects and as a leader for competitive intelligence I lead analysis to make sure the financial targets stay challenging and achievable. I have experience on different competitor analysis methods: CLEW (competitive launch early warning); CRM (competitor response modeling); competitor profiling. I ensured within the brand team that we run the financially right investments via initiative and post event analysis (NPV, payout, @Risk methods).

I led several IT projects in the domain of sales tools, market understanding and corporate external web based relations.
