Leigh has dedicated himself to developing sales, negotiation, communication and marketing skills across multiple platforms. With his first business he became the first Franchisee of the Pizza Lovers chain in Geelong (Vic), later opening a second outlet. At the time Victoria was the most competitive pizza market in the world with one pizza shop per 1000 houses. After several years of successful operation and selling over 1 million pizza they were then sold to the Domino's Chain as they entered the Victorian Market.His next adventure was in the world of training. Taking those skills he had learnt in the Retailing Food Sector and developing them further to deliver Retail training with the Positive Training Solutions organisation. This was to lead to the development of his own Registered Training Organisation - Quick Service Training and expanded into offering Retail, Hospitality and B2B Sales certificates. The clear focus for this organisation was to provide the most impactful and exciting training experience available, and as a result they trained thousands of students across hundreds of locations all over Australia. Leigh sold his share of the organisation to purse other interests.Taking a break from ownership and having relocated to Queensland Leigh then took on the world of broking within the Bartercard Organisation. Running the Gold Coast Franchise location within the Head office of Bartercard International enabled a wider understanding of all industries and enhanced his sales and negotiation skills. Managing a team of brokers turning over in excess of $24 million in transactions per year put him in the top group of offices Globally.Leigh then became the GM for HydroKleen Australia. In his role he was able to expand the franchise group, increase franchisee profitability and assist with the launch of the business globally. His passion for the organisation led to him buying the Gold Coast Franchise. Operating successfully locally as well as developing larger contracts into the mining sector the business was then sold. Looking for a different life adventure Leigh has now taken all of his sales, negotiation and customer service experience to develop his own Real Estate Agency - Sold Your Home. He may be a real estate agent, but to his clients, he's like family. He knows that buying or selling a home can be a daunting task, especially for families trying to find a forever home. He is focused on making the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible, and his clients appreciate his honest and transparent communication style.
