🔷 WHO AM I ? Someone who loves life and is deeply committed to creating space for those around me to live well and shine. I'm an experienced change consultant, coach and facilitator specialising in The Enneagram and systemic change. A Certified Integral Coach with MSc in Change Coaching & Consulting, MA Cantab, Chartered MCIPD. A harpist, dog-walker, dreamer, Tai Chi-player and more.🔷 WHY THE ENNEAGRAM? It’s extraordinary to reflect that 24 years on, I’m as fascinated by The Enneagram as the day it first found me. In that time, within a strong mix of modalities, I’ve shared its benefits with many people and in many ways. I’ve integrated its insights into OD assignments and culture programmes. I've co-founded and still Chair 'Enneagram Alive' a community non-profit formed to promote its value. I've been a faculty member and supervisor on Enneagram professional training programmes. I’ve used The Enneagram to catalyse 1:1 coaching with individuals and teams. I've witnessed its incredible impact time and again. What's more, it’s been transformational in my own professional and personal life.No surprise then, The Enneagram takes centre stage as I prioritise work I love to do. Work I feel is badly needed in our troubled communities and corporations.
