Designing key operational processes as Konga growth picked up, helping to smooth operations with key insight on process design and staff training. Sheriff was a key member in the first iteration of Konga Mall, and served as team lead (software planning and release) in the second iteration which has generated millions of dollars in revenue for Konga. In the last months of Sheriff stay with Konga, he served on Change Management board of the company, helping define processes through which software development, process integration and operations are effectively thought through and executed.As Chief Operating Officer for Zima Fashion, he engineered transformation of the company from brick-and-mortal to full-fledged ecommerce Service Company, leading in ecommerce software management, hiring, marketing strategy, process design and operations. He helped define strategy that generated millions of naira revenue in first 3 months of operation. Sheriff has facilitated talks on youth empowerment, technology for nation building and coordinated key technology community event.
