- Identifying the potential projects which are of interest for the company in different regions within the country, as well as abroad in Africa, Asia and Eastern Europe; preparing the requested methodologies, plan of activities and budgets for the future projects;- Implementing and managing projects financed by the European Commission, organizing the needed events and working on the needed administrative documents to be provided to the Contracting Authority; reading and understanding the technical reports and guaranteeing the deadlines agreed with the EC are respected;- Supporting in training and supervising a team of junior project managers and project assistants (Framework Contract Unit Department).

- Reading and understanding the terms of reference prepared by the European Commission and the World Bank for the future projects they intend to implement through development cooperation projects in Africa, Asia and Eastern Europe;- Identifying the key success activities of the projects and the profiles requested; searching and managing the CVs of potential candidates in both internal and external databases, as well as by contacting possible partner companies in beneficiary countries; publishing relevant job postings; negotiating with the identified experts and supporting them in order participate in the company`s offer preparation for the requested projects; collecting the administrative documents needed for the projects (i.e. certificates, diplomas, statements);- Expanding the company`s business by continuously identifying new experts in the development cooperation field.
