I have extensive experience in patent litigation and federal litigation practice. I have performed all aspects of discovery including: drafting and responding to written discovery; management of document production (including proprietary source code); taking and defending fact and expert depositions; and expert report drafting. I have argued a wide variety of motions at the trial level including Markman, summary judgment, in limine, and other motions practice.
